1.What type of flatbed printer?

Flatbed printer is also known as Multifunctional Printer or Omnipotent Printer which is based on Epson 1290, Epson 1390, Epson R350, Epson 230, Epson 1800, Epson 1900, Epson 4800, Epson 4880, and so on.   1. The Resolution

We need to concentrate on the printers’ resolution that varies from 360 DPI to 2880 DPI. Currently today both flatbed printers with nozzles of 540 or higher will accomplish strong and perfect printing. The way resolution is measured is as follows:

A: To print with maximum machine resolution. And print out the smallest letters on the materials to see if the letters are correct and clear.

B: After one cycle of printing, do not transfer the printed materials and only print one more cycle and see whether two printings will fit or not. This is to measure the resolution of the structure with respect to the gears and slide ways.

3.The Consistent Operating apps.

  1. The inks are.

If all the hard parts are all right now comes to the point of blood-INK of the printers. Many of the factories use local China-made inks that are still far from high end to save costs. But a lot of customers waste money often by changing heads. Because bad ink very often will require us to change the ink by making head blogging and drying in the CISS ink system. Some types of the inks exist as follows:

A: Requires coating for the inks. (This is the type mostly produced in China and also used by the factories here). Before printing we must apply the coating or lacquer by spraying or brushing on the materials. The bad points for this ink are: The coating has a strong smell and is harmful to the environment and humans; the coating will damage the surface of certain materials including crystal and glass.

B: Ink straight. (Mainly manufactured in China and Korea , and Taiwan). This type of ink is stronger in terms of performance on stability. The coating does not need to be used before printing.

C: Textile ink, or Water-based ink, is used primarily for textile printing. We don’t suggest using this approach for t-shirt printing because the procedure is too complicated and the outcome isn’t that good either.
